Where can I find my order number?Updated 3 hours ago

You'll need your order number to track your package, request a return or write to us. It starts with a # (for example: #1234) and can be found in two places:

1. In your order confirmation email, sent right after your purchase: the number is right there in the subject line;
2. In your customer account, at account.bokabas.com: log in with your email (we'll send you a login code, no password needed) and all your orders are listed there with their numbers.

Can't find the confirmation email? Be sure to check your spam folder, and make sure you're searching the inbox of the email address you used to order. CHECK OUT “I didn't receive my confirmation or tracking email”.

💡 For a purchase made on a marketplace (Amazon, TikTok Shop…), the order number is the one assigned by the platform: you'll find it in your account there (SEE “I bought a Bokabas product on a marketplace: who should I contact?”).
