Our manufacturing partners are located in Thailand, Vietnam, China and India.

They all meet strict specifications:

• technical excellence and production quality;
• high ethical and environmental standards;
• consistent, transparent pricing.

Most of them are at the cutting edge of technology: solar panels, electric vehicles for every employee, eco-optimized manufacturing processes.

All our partners are regularly audited to ensure fair working conditions and production in line with our values. Every employee at our production sites receives a fair, equitable wage. We never employ children, and we firmly condemn modern slavery.

🇫🇷 Why not make them in France?

The know-how no longer exists: the textile industry disappeared from France in the 1970s. Since then, expertise and industrial capacity have grown in Asia, where specialized companies have been making textiles for more than 50 years. The result: today they're the best in the world at it.

And the economics are simple: to stay profitable with French manufacturing, we would have had to sell our tote bag for around €300.

Bokabas is a French brand that designs, draws and inspects its products in France, but manufactures them abroad, where the know-how and quality we're looking for can be found.
