When and how will I be refunded?Updated 3 hours ago

Your refund is triggered as soon as your return is received and inspected by our warehouse. You'll then receive a confirmation email.

During our quality check, we make sure the item is new, unused and has all its tags. If it doesn't, we won't refund the product: it's automatically sent back to the sender.

The amount is credited back only to the payment method used for the purchase (card, PayPal…). It shows up in your account usually within 3 to 5 business days, and within 10 days at most, depending on your bank. On your bank statement, the refund will be labeled with “SP BOKABAS.COM”.

Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Additional information: if you paid with a gift card, the gift card is recredited.

A quick note for split or deferred payments (such as Klarna): the refund goes through your payment provider, which adjusts or cancels your installments, so the time it takes to show up may differ slightly from a regular card.
