We offer several secure payment methods for your purchases on bokabas.com.

Accepted payment methods

• Credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires;
• PayPal;
• Apple Pay;
• Klarna (pay later or in installments, depending on available offers);
• Bokabas gift cards (only those purchased on our website);
• Depending on your country: Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL (Netherlands), TWINT (Switzerland), MobilePay (Denmark), EPS (Austria), Przelewy24 (Poland).

All payments are protected by strong authentication (3-D Secure), in line with current banking regulations. Your payment details are encrypted and processed directly by our certified payment provider: we never have access to them.

Payment methods not accepted

For technical and regulatory reasons, some payment methods can't be used on our website:

• Chèques vacances (paper or digital);
• Multi-store gift vouchers (Cadhoc, Kadéos, Up, TirGroupé…);
• Swile cards;
• Bank transfer;
• Checks;
• Cash.

Good to know about paying in installments

Paying in installments is a form of credit: it's only available to adults and is subject to approval by the payment provider, based on its own criteria. So it may be declined, which is out of our hands and something we can't intervene in. If that happens, simply pay with another payment method.

When you choose to pay in installments, we immediately receive the full amount of your order. You then owe the installments to the payment provider: your debits, installments and any payment issues are handled directly with them. On our end, we have no access to your payment information and can't step in on these matters.
