At Bokabas, a product pulled from sale never ends up in the trash.

Products with a defect can't be put back on sale, but an imperfect seam or a temperamental zipper doesn't stop a pouch or bag from doing its job. Rather than destroying them, we donate them to charities, so they can find a useful second life.

Returns in perfect condition, on the other hand, are inspected on arrival and then put back in stock. That's also why we ask you to return items new, with their tags and in resellable condition.

This approach lets us make the most of every product and avoid waste: every piece we make ends up being used by someone.
