No: once your order has been placed, the price you paid is final. We don't make any price adjustments, refund the difference or issue credit, even when a promotion or discount code becomes available after your purchase.

We understand that seeing an item on sale shortly after buying it can be frustrating, so here's why our prices can change.

Why do prices change?

• Our manufacturing and shipping costs change from one collection to the next (raw materials, freight, exchange rates);
• Our products evolve: a new version may include improvements in material or finish that justify a different price;
• Our promotions, which are rare and time-limited, are announced by email and on our social media.

It's a simple rule, and the same for everyone: everyone pays the price shown at the time they order. That's also what allows us to offer a fair price all year round.
