Pickup point or locker delivery: how does it work?Updated 3 hours ago
When you choose delivery to a pickup point or locker, you have a maximum of 5 business days to collect your package, starting from the email letting you know it has arrived (be sure to check your spam folder). This deadline is set by the carriers and can't be extended.
To pick up your package:
- At a pickup point: simply show the package arrival email;
- At a locker: use the code included in that email.
For home deliveries: if no one is home when the driver comes by, your package may be left at a pickup location, and you'll then have 10 days to collect it (SEE “Not home at the time of delivery?”).
After these deadlines (5 business days at a pickup point or locker, 10 days at a pickup location), the package is automatically sent back to our warehouse. We can't ask a pickup point or carrier to hold your package beyond the regulatory deadlines.
But all is not lost: contact our customer service team with the address or pickup point where you'd like your order delivered (to do so, click here) and we'll ship your order again as soon as it's back at our warehouse.
