Not home at the time of delivery?Updated 3 hours ago
If you're not home when the driver comes by, a few things can happen:
1. Left in your mailbox
If the package is small enough, the mail carrier will leave it right in your mailbox. That's the most common scenario for our pouches and smaller items.
2. Another delivery attempt
The carrier may decide to reschedule the delivery and come back within 24 hours.
3. Left at a post office or pickup location
Your package may be dropped off at the nearest post office or pickup location. You'll then find a delivery notice, and its address in your tracking link. You usually have 15 days to collect it, bringing a photo ID.
4. Automatically sent back to our warehouse
Sometimes the carrier decides to send the package straight back to our warehouse. If that happens, contact our customer service team with the address where you'd like your order delivered (to do so, click here). We'll ship your order again as soon as it's back with us (SEE “I couldn't pick up my package in time”).
These steps depend on the carrier and can't be changed once delivery is underway.
