My promo code isn't working, can you help?Updated 3 hours ago

You entered your code, but no discount shows up on your order total? In the vast majority of cases, it comes down to one of the following, so let's check together:

• Copy and paste: make sure there's no invisible space before or after the code (it happens a lot on smartphones). The safest bet is to type it in by hand;
• The expiration date: our welcome code, for example, is valid for 7 days after you sign up for the newsletter, and only on your first order (see “Do you offer promo codes?”);
• The code's conditions: a referral code requires a minimum purchase of €40; a promotional code may be limited in time or to a selection of products;
• No stacking: our promo codes can't be combined, so it's one code per order.

If none of these apply, refresh the page and try applying your code again.
