At Bokabas, we take protecting your data very seriously. When you browse our website or place an order, your personal information (name, email, address, phone number…) is used only to make sure your purchases go smoothly and to give you the best possible experience.

This data is secured and processed in compliance with the GDPR, and is never sold, rented or shared with other companies for marketing purposes.

Two extra safeguards, built in by design:

• No passwords are stored: your account works with a one-time login code, so there's simply no Bokabas password to steal;
• We never see your card number: your payments go through a certified payment provider, and only they process your payment details.

To run things day to day, we work with trusted service providers (email, logistics, customer reviews…), all contractually committed to protecting your information and using it only for their assigned task.

And you stay in control:

• To stop receiving our newsletter: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails, and it takes effect immediately;
• To view, edit or delete your data: go to your customer account, or contact our customer service team. We'll handle your request within the timeframe set by the regulations.
