1. Did you receive our refund confirmation email? If not, your return may not have been received or inspected yet. CHECK OUT the section “How do I know my return has arrived?” in the article “How do I return an item?”;
2. Is the email less than 10 days old? Bank processing usually takes 3 to 5 business days, and can take up to 10 days depending on the bank. That's the most common reason, so hang in there a little longer;
3. Did you pay with PayPal or in installments? The refund goes through your payment provider: check directly in your PayPal account or payment app, as the notification sometimes only shows up on their end.

If the confirmation email is more than 10 days old and nothing has shown up, write to us with your order number: we'll send you the exact refund reference to give to your bank.
