I ordered the same product twice and they're not exactly identical?Updated 3 hours ago
That's normal, and here's why.
Our prints are applied to large pieces of fabric before cutting, so from one piece to the next, the pattern never lands in exactly the same spot. Two pouches of the same model are sisters, never twins: each piece is, quite literally, a little bit unique.
On top of that, there's what the textile industry calls manufacturing tolerance: slight, acceptable differences in measurements between the technical specifications and the finished product, due to production constraints. Expect ±1 to 2 cm (about ½ to ¾ inch) depending on the piece.
These variations are normal as long as they stay slight. If the difference seems to go beyond simple tolerance (faulty stitching, a very off-center pattern, dimensions clearly different from those listed), it's no longer a variation, it's a defect: CHECK OUT “My product is defective, what should I do?” and write to us with photos.
