If the holding period at the pickup point (or post office) has expired, your package automatically heads back to our warehouse. All is not lost!

Just write to us with your order number and the address or pickup point where you'd like to receive your package: as soon as it's back with us, we'll ship it out again.

Good to know: the return trip to our warehouse usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. The carrier brings uncollected packages back in batches, at its own pace, and we can't speed it up. No need to worry in the meantime: your new shipment will go out as soon as we receive the package.
