Our products are sold through our official stores on certain marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop…), and they're exactly the same as on our website, with the same quality checks.

However, for any purchase made on a marketplace, order tracking, delivery and returns are handled by the platform where you bought it. For example:

• Bought on Amazon: go to “Your Orders”, then “Get help”. Amazon customer service handles tracking, returns and refunds for your order;
• Bought on TikTok Shop: go through the order center in the TikTok app.

We don't have access to these orders: that's your guarantee they'll be handled directly by the platform, according to its own timelines and policies.
