Under the GDPR, you can exercise your rights by submitting a request to our customer service team through our contact form (to do so, click here).

Processing times

GDPR requests are processed within one month, in accordance with the regulations. When you ask for your data to be deleted, this is done within the same legal timeframe, unless the law requires us to keep certain records (invoices, accounting obligations…).

What you can request (non-exhaustive list)

• information about the data we hold about you;
• correction of that data;
• deletion of that data, under the conditions set out in the GDPR.
