Yes, just one permanent code: the welcome code. When you sign up for our newsletter (the form is at the bottom of our website), you'll receive a code for 10% off your first order, valid for 7 days. After that, the code expires for good, and we have no way of issuing you a new one.

Other than that, promo codes are rare: they're only offered during promotions clearly announced by email or on our social media. Outside those periods, there are no codes available.

Can I get a promo code just by asking?

No. We don't create codes on request: that would give some customers an advantage over others, which we want to avoid. Our approach is to offer a fair price all year round, with no individual discounts.

Where do I enter my discount code?

Enter your code on the checkout page, in the dedicated field, before completing your order. Once you've entered it, be sure to apply it: the discount then kicks in immediately, and you can check it at a glance on the order total. If you don't apply it, the code won't be taken into account.

⚠️ A code can't be applied after your order has been placed, so double-check your total before paying.
