Important: your bag should never go in the dryer, as it can damage its shape and materials. Machine washing isn't recommended: spot-clean instead, and for a full wash, follow the instructions for each material (see “How do I care for my product? Cleaning tips by material”).

Everyday cleaning

With a clean cloth and soapy water (a mild soap such as Marseille soap or castile soap): dab or rub gently until the stain disappears, then let it dry naturally, in the open air and away from any heat source.

If a stain won't budge despite cleaning, we recommend taking it to a textile cleaning professional.

Prevention

To help prevent stains, you can use a fabric waterproofing spray. Follow the spray manufacturer's recommendations for your product's material, and always test it on an inconspicuous spot first.
