You have 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel it from your customer account (account.bokabas.com), under “Orders”.

After that, cancellation is no longer possible: your order goes straight into preparation at our warehouse, and stopping the packing line just isn't an option, especially during busy periods.

If you no longer want your order:

• Pickup point delivery: don't collect the package. It will automatically be sent back to us at the end of the holding period, and you'll be refunded as soon as our warehouse receives it.
• Home delivery: refuse the package when the driver arrives. It comes back to us automatically, and you'll be refunded as soon as we receive it. You can also accept it, then make a standard return within 30 days from your customer account (return shipping at your expense).

The refund usually shows up in your account within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the package, and within 10 days at most.

Order changes (switching products, address, quantity…) aren't possible once your order has been placed.
