Return shipping costs are your responsibility if you change your mind.

Why aren't they free?

Because “free” returns don't really exist: their cost always gets passed on somewhere, usually in the prices paid by all customers. We prefer a fairer rule (only the people who return an item cover its cost) and prices kept as fair as possible all year round, for everyone.

How much does it cost, and how do I ship it properly?

⚠️ Key point: your return must be shipped to our exact mailing address (given in the email approving your request), never to a pickup point or locker, where the package would be refused. The cheapest rates advertised by carriers are often for shipments to a pickup point: they won't work here.

For a tracked shipment to a mailing address, expect to pay around €7 to €8 depending on the carrier. We strongly recommend a tracked shipment: it's your proof of shipping, and it protects you if anything goes wrong in transit.

When we cover the return

If the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defect (wrong item received, damaged item…), the return is entirely at our expense: we'll email you a prepaid label. SEE the category “A problem with my order?”.
